This project scope involved demolition and transition of a manufacturing and warehouse facility into a logistics building for Dermody Properties. Located at 50 Knickerbocker Road in Moonachie, the 70,000+ square foot building is in a coveted location 15 miles from Newark International Airport. Stone Creek Construction Group handled both interior and exterior renovations to the property including repaving of the truck court and parking areas, all new dock packages, and fully renovated office space.
