Michael J. Bruno
Mike Bruno is the Founder of Stone Creek Construction Group. In this capacity, Mike has direct responsibility for the company’s operations, and assists in the execution of the company’s construction projects. With over 25 years of experience Mike maintains close relationships with clients, project partners and design partners. Initially entering the construction business in 1990 as a carpenter by trade Mike quickly gained experience in commercial construction. His work experience includes, hospitality, restaurants, office, warehouse, facilities, medical, and residential construction.
Shelby S. Gasek
VICE PRESIDENT & PARTNER
Shelby Gasek joined Stone Creek Construction Group with over 15 years of industry experience. Shelby has worked in diverse sectors of the design and construction industries that range from historic preservation architecture to semi conductor, manufacturing facilities. This wide range of experience allows him to add unique value to the project team to ultimately ensure that no matter what type of project is at hand, it is completed on time and within budget.
Andrew W. Smith
Joining Stone Creek Construction Group in 2021 Andrew brings over 17 years of experience managing successful construction projects ranging from high-end residential construction to cutting-edge controlled environments across a wide range of industries, throughout the U.S. With expertise in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food and beverage production, industrial manufacturing, office space, retail, institutional, specialty chemical, contract pharma, high-rise construction, and commercial warehousing industries, Andrew brings a plethora of knowledge and resources to ensure that every project is executed to the highest of standards within the budget and timeframe that our clients require.
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Mike Welty joined Stone Creek Construction Group in 2021 following more than 25 years in the real estate investment, development, and financial services industry. He developed a number of real estate management businesses including CDV Inc., Aspen 247 Corp., and was most recently a co-founder of Aspen Development Partners (ADP). With experience in project feasibility analysis, loan acquisition, design development, and financial management Mike provides a wealth of knowledge to the team.
FIELD PROJECT MANAGER
Darius Jaskevicius brings over 28 years of construction and subcontractor management experience to every project. He has been involved with interior renovation and ground up construction of residential and commercial facilities throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. As a superintendent, he is the on-site person who runs day-to-day operations and controls the short-term schedule while maintaining high levels of quality coordination. Darius works collaboratively with his Project Managers to ensure each project is executed efficiently with extreme attention to detail and the highest level of safety. He supervises foremen and laborers and enforces the calendar scheduling, guaranteeing on-time and, often, under-budget delivery.
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
With significant experience navigating the layers of municipal government, Allison is a wonderful compliment to the SCCG team. Prior to joining Stone Creek, Allison worked for both New Jersey state commissions and private developers, most notably using her innate ability to manage multiple workflows, projects, vendors, and clients. Allison assists the SCCG team throughout all phases of pre-construction. This graduate of Rutgers University has completed coursework at Northeastern University and is qualified in a range of industry-related software programs.de
